A new book will pertains celebrity mums such as Katie Holmes, Angelina Jolie, Kate and Tina Fey. The title of the book is The Black Book Of Hollywood Pregnancy Secrets.

According to the New York Daily News, in that book, reveal that Hudson finds difficulty in knowing guys as a single mother. She said “I do find it tough to date. I’d rather be at home with my son cooking dinner than going out with a guy. My son is my man.”

Kate Hudson wants to compete in a triathlon. The 'Fool's Gold' star has revealed she loves being physically active and is keen to test her competitive streak by taking part in the three-sport event.

She said: "Sports are big in my life. I swim, run, bike and dance, play volleyball and soccer, and I want to start training for a triathlon. I'm one of those people who love to be active."

The 29-year-old blonde beauty said her love of sport helped her lose 50lbs after her son Ryder — her child with ex-husband Christ Robinson — was born four years ago.

Instead of working out in a gym, Kate decided to have fun while she lost weight, playing the sports she enjoyed. She said: "Life is too short to be concerned with anything but having a great time."

Kate Hudson says she doesn't regret getting married young but is unsure whether she could go through with another union after her first marriage ended in divorce. Kate Hudson married Black Crows frontman Chris Robinson when she was 20 but the couple, who have a son, Ryder, separated in 2007.

The Almost Famous star tells Extra, "I don't know if I'll ever get married again. I don't know... It depends on who you end up with."

But despite the split, she has nothing but love for her ex husband: "I don't regret a second of my marriage... Thank God for Chris. He made me partly who I am... We had a great time. We love each other deeply. We have an amazing son."

However, if Hudson did decided to marry again, she knows exactly how to make it work. She adds, "I'd probably go on a honeymoon because we didn't get to go on a honeymoon... It was Christmas time and I had to go right to work. That'd be the number one thing."

Kate Hudson is desperate to work with one of Hollywood's top comedic actresses - her mother Goldie Hawn. The star insists she would love to take a role opposite her legendary parent because the duo would get to spend months together promoting the film all over the world.

She says that she really wants to work with her mother. She believes that she through her films can get closer to her mom. She says for a year they have spent a real good time promoting the film.

The actress feels that very few people get the opportunity to work with their parents. The actress feels she is one of those lucky people.

Hudson insists on total honesty in her relationships.

The “Fool’s Gold” actress - who was previously married to Black Crowes rocker Chris Robinson and has dated cyclist Lance Armstrong and actor Owen Wilson - couldn’t be romantically involved with someone who kept secrets.

She said: “Other people can have ‘understandings’ and not discuss things and turn blind eyes - but I couldn’t exist in a relationship that wasn’t honest and sacred in that department.”
